Our Return Promise

At Multan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your shoes, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if:

• The shoes are unworn and in their original condition
• The original packaging and tags are intact
• The product has not been washed or modified
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service at support@allbirds.pk or call +92 300 1234567
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
• Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging
• Include the RA number on the outside of the package
• Ship the package to our return address: Multan Shop Returns, 123 Main Street, Karachi, Pakistan

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

• We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
• If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

• Full refund to original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
• Exchange for a different size or color
• Store credit for future purchases

Shipping Costs

For returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original packaging
• Customized or altered products

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the defect or damage
• We will arrange a free return and send a replacement
• Or provide a full refund including shipping costs

Size Exchange

If the shoes don't fit:

• You may exchange for a different size within 30 days
• The shoes must be unworn and in original condition
• We will send the replacement size at no additional shipping cost
• If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued
